The run is computed by the engine tesserae-sim — right here, in your browser, by the same code
that passes the test gates in sim/tests. Scenarios are loaded from preset files; the field and agarose controls
are live: change one and the run is recomputed. The page states honestly where the model ends.
The report stays with you: download it as a .md file or copy it, and send it to your teacher.

The migration regime is shown with the label qualitative accuracy — as required by the design spec §4.7: the engine distinguishes Ogston, reptation, oriented reptation and trapping qualitatively, not as a measured quantity.
